About the role

As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Advisor plays an integral role within VMCH. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing personalised, 5-star customer experiences, to both current and future customers, by listening to their needs and enquiries, proactively promoting VMCH services, directing them to the appropriate area and accurately recording a summary of the conversation.

We're in a terrific city location, just 1 min walk from Parliament station, with easy access to plenty of shopping, cafes and bars nearby.

You're a natural communicator with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Whether over the phone or face-to-face, you bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. With a strong interest in aged care and disability services, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people from all walks of life.

What you'll bring:

VMCH are a Catholic not-for-profit organisation, providing services including affordable housing, residential aged care, retirement living, community and disability services and specialist education to 7,600 people across Victoria. We operate in over 50 locations, have 3,300+ employees and over 600 volunteers maintaining our 24/7 service to vulnerable people across Victoria.
