ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a proactive and approachable HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and support our stunning Meadow Springs Golf Course, Secret Harbour Golf Links, and The Cut Golf Course. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — you'll be the on-site HR contact for employees and managers, building strong relationships while ensuring consistency across venues.
You'll provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures, assist with employee relations, and manage the day-to-day HR administration that keeps our teams running smoothly. From supporting recruitment and onboarding through to maintaining employee records and compliance, your work will play a key part in fostering a positive, professional, and supportive workplace culture.

Type: Part-time (30 hours per week)
Work Pattern: 4-5 days per week, depending on venues requirements
Site Attendance: Minimum of one site visit per week per venue, unless otherwise agreed with the Venue General Manager and/or the People & Culture Manager. Regular and ad-hoc travel between sites may be required.
Reporting To: People, Culture, and Strategy Manager (Head Office)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers at allocated venues.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and issue escalation where required.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, contracts, compliance documents, training, and leave.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.
- Ensure venue-specific policies and group initiatives are communicated and followed.
- Act as the link between venues and Head Office, providing feedback and supporting HR projects.
- Accountable for providing weekly and monthly reporting on venue HR matters.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by modelling company values and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

We're seeking a motivated HR professional who can confidently support multiple venues while building strong connections with managers and employees. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Prior experience in HR or related administrative coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Sound knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and workplace legislation.
- High organisational skills with strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and confidentiality.
- The ability to work independently across several venues while maintaining close links with Head Office.
- A proactive and reliable approach, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms.
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity - role-modelling company values at all times.
