We have two exciting opportunities for the right candidates:

  1. Dental Assistant (Trainee or Experienced) - Full time
  2. Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator - Part time

Role 1: Dental Assistant - Trainee or Experienced (Full time)

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8:15am - 5:00pm) - No late nights or weekends

If you're a hands-on learner with a positive attitude (or an experienced DA ready to bring your skills to a new team), we'd love to meet you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality chairside assistance to our Orthodontists and OHTs
  • Ensuring smooth clinic flow and assisting with daily operations
  • Managing stock and preparing instruments
  • Supporting patient care with a friendly and professional approach
  • Assisting with admin tasks as needed

About You:

  • Trainee: No experience required - we'll train the right person
  • Experienced: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Well-presented with great attention to detail

Role 2: Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator (Part time)

Hours:

  • Three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:15 am to 5 pm. No late nights or weekends

Are you organised, friendly, and a natural multitasker? This is your chance to be the welcoming face of our practice

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointment bookings for new and existing patients
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting the team with contracts, records, payment plans and administration
  • Maintaining smooth front desk processes and communication between patients and the clinical team

About You:

  • Experience in dental, reception, or customer service is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Professional personal presentation
