Are you a highly organised administrator with a knack for problem solving and a passion for supporting busy teams? Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based south of Perth, is looking for a motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their growing business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with technology, and loves being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client presentations
  • Managing and maintaining customer databases with accuracy
  • Coordinating with office admin and technical teams to keep sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries on track
  • Preparing sales reports and assisting with sales strategy development
  • Managing sales contracts, records, and other admin tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service, including answering queries and resolving issues
  • Processing orders and liaising with logistics for timely delivery
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries for senior leadership
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox, delegating queries, and handling billing questions
  • Supporting licensing, device counts, invoicing checks, and other shared account duties
  • Assisting other departments with ad hoc administration tasks as required
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong computer skills — ideally with Microsoft 365 and database systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic MSP environment
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable, but we're open to waiting for the right candidate
