About the role

This part-time Office Administration role is an opportunity to join the dynamic team at a small bespoke boat builder in Bayswater North, VIC. As an integral part of the Administration & Office Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing valuable administrative assistance to the wider organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a range of general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and general clerical duties
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Maintaining and updating various records, databases, and filing systems
  4. Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  4. Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  5. A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Knowledge of Xero software essential
  8. Have a current Driver's Licence
