Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote services to local and Chinese investors.
  • Create and manage content on Australian real estate trends and investment opportunities. Manage digital marketing, SEO, and social media to boost brand visibility.
  • Research market trends and investor preferences in Australia and overseas to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Run campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Plan and promote events like webinars and seminars for investor engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing with business goals.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or above) in related major.
  • Experience: 5+ years' relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for marketing and staying current with industry trends.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
