Driven by rapid growth, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time role will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, amplifying our brand and driving sustained success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analyses, and testing to gain insights and shape marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media efforts, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, content performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-time marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to convert data insights into actionable, results-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic flexibility and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand storytelling and content strategy development.
