, providing hands-on support and seamlessly integrating with client teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business goals. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a proactive
Mid-Level Marketing Specialist
to join our team in Perth, WA.

The role (15–20 hrs/week, contract with scope to grow):

  • 9am – 2pm, 3–4 days per week (hours flexible within school hours)
  • Must be Perth-based: work from home, with one in-person collaboration day each week
  • $45–$50/hr depending on skills & experience

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with both internal marketing operations and external client deliverables
  • Content creation (social, web, proposals, templates)
  • Social media management (content planning, scheduling, reporting)
  • Client and industry research, competitor benchmarking, and reporting
  • Scoping projects for contractors and internal staff
  • Drafting and formatting proposals, presentations, and templates
  • Supporting digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO via SEMrush or similar)
  • Maintaining brand consistency across client accounts
  • Client communication and coordination to ensure smooth delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Motion, SEMrush (or similar tools)
  • Bonus if you have Adobe Suite experience (especially InDesign)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work proactively
  • Experience in an agency environment is preferred (but not essential)
  • An organised, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative
