We are hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist based from either our Sydney or Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Lifestyle Communities, this role will optimise our mar-tech stack, drive automation, and support digital campaigns that enhance customer engagement and deliver commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll work across platforms like WordPress, headless CMS, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, Zapier, and other enterprise-grade CRM and automation tools. From simple website updates to strategic integrations, you'll be the go-to person for making things work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise marketing technology platforms including CMS, CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Support digital campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues across platforms.
- Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver digital projects and reporting.
About You
- Proven experience with WordPress and headless CMS platforms are advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, Zapier, or similar tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with examples from tech environments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes unstructured team setting.
- Willing to take on a mix of strategic and operational tasks, with a mindset for finding workarounds and driving innovation.
