As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driver of Wilson Security's digital ecosystem. You'll manage campaigns across multiple digital channels, maintain and evolve our website, and leverage data to continuously improve performance.

This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who's organised, energised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be curious, proactive, and keen to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website & Digital Experience

  • Own and manage Wilson Security's website (currently Episerver, transitioning to a new platform).
  • Lead the redesign and implementation of the new website project.
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve navigation, accessibility, and conversion outcomes.
  • Build landing pages and campaign hubs to support marketing initiatives.

Marketing Automation & Technology

  • Assess and recommend a new marketing automation tool in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
  • Lead the implementation, set-up, and ongoing management of the platform, including automated journeys, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Oversee the NPS program, including survey deployment, reporting, and insights to drive business improvements.

SEO, SEM & Analytics

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategy and execution in collaboration with our agency, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor, optimise, and report on website performance, paid search, and organic visibility.
  • Manage Salesforce dashboards and reporting, delivering insights across traffic, engagement, leads, and ROI.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across digital channels.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Essential:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM (agency collaboration experience).
  • CMS experience (Episerver or similar; experience managing website transitions desirable).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with ability to apply them directly.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Organised, proactive, and motivated
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with security, facilities management, or service businesses
  • Experience with B2B marketing and long sales cycle industries.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for landing page or website troubleshooting.
