Your new role

CMAX is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing team in an ongoing capacity due to business growth.

This position is the 2IC to the Marketing Manager and plays a key role in executing the marketing strategy and mentoring team members. You'll bring a steady, confident presence to ensure ongoing delivery of marketing activities, rather than redefining or changing the existing strategy.

You will create and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, EDM campaigns, radio, and traditional print media. You'll develop digital marketing initiatives driving performance through scheduling, analytics, and Google Ad campaigns while maintaining consistency across brand and message.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally within a campaign or sales-focused environment
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and website management
  • Proven experience creating multi-channel content and managing Google Ad campaigns
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a small, motivated team
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and confidence working onsite full-time (with occasional WFH flexibility)
