About the Roles

We're currently recruiting for multiple roles across various departments in the lead-up to and delivery of the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival. These roles are ideal for individuals who bring energy, professionalism and team spirit.

  • full time (fixed term) & casual
  • Start ASAP
  • Work onsite at 448 Epsom Rd. Flemington VIC 3031 (hybrid working model subject to the inherent requirements of the role)
  • Availability to work all 4-days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival - Derby, Melbourne Cup, Oaks & Stakes Day
  • A passion for the horse racing, events and/or entertainment industry
  • Flexibility and reliability – you'll be part of a 24/7 operation during the Carnival.
