We are seeking a
self-driven, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager
to manage our South Australia (SA) and New South Wales (NSW) territories, with a strong focus on customers in the mining, water, and gas sectors. Due to the territory weighting and monthly mine site visits, this role is ideally suited to candidates based in SA,
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across SA & NSW, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with customers in the mining, water, and gas industries.
- Conduct monthly site visits to Olympic Dam, Prominent Hills and Carrapateena.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular customer contact to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Work independently from a home office, managing time, and travel effectively.
- Comply with all company, safety, and site-specific procedures.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales track record in the mining, water, and gas sectors.
- Previous experience working within the mining industry
- Current site inductions for Olympic Dam and Carrapateena.
- Strong territory management and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within SA and NSW (approx. 30% interstate travel).
- Current driver's licence.
Desirable
- Established customer network within the SA mining sectors.
- Experience in technical sales of valves, or related industrial products.
