Purpose of Position:

The Regional Manager will be a quota carrying role that also takes full ownership of delivering regional success by setting the overall strategy for the territory in conjunction with the CEO and then implementing the strategy across Sales, Services, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support by working closely with the global divisional leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the ANZ regional strategy in alignment with VOSS Solutions' global business objectives, accountable for revenue, growth, profitability, retention, and operational excellence.

  • Work collaboratively with global divisional leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to achieve reginal success and support global corporate goals.

  • Own and exceed a quota for direct and partner-sourced revenue across enterprise and service provider segments in ANZ.

  • Lead direct and channel GTM and sales initiatives to expand market share and customer base, developing strong executive relationships with key large enterprise and government customers and strategic global partners.

  • Drive sales pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and performance management across the commercial team.

  • Identify and act on new business opportunities and competitive market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with partner and alliance teams to scale indirect sales opportunities.

  • Own regionally the Customer Success, Services & Support resources whilst working with the global owners.

  • Ensure effective solution deployment projects and then ongoing customer success engagements to facilitate ongoing successful renewals and upsell and cross sell opportunities.

  • Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across Sales, Services, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.

  • Act as a coach and mentor, ensuring strong talent development and succession planning within the region.

  • Willingness to travel as needed across ANZ, and occasionally globally.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software/SaaS general management and sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within unified communications, collaboration platforms, or digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom) and supporting ecosystems.

  • Personal direct and indirect sales success with government entities and large/regulated enterprises (e.g. finance, healthcare).

  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and partner-led go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven track record of quota attainment and direct deal execution in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales environments.

  • Deep knowledge of the ANZ market landscape, enterprise customer expectations, and channel dynamics.

  • Strong understanding & experience of the Microsoft sales and partner ecosystem.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, with a collaborative approach to working across Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Pragmatic 'Get Stuff Done' approach to achieving goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM and enterprise performance tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
