Hatchit Studios is seeking
experienced Business Change Managers
to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a Federal Government environment. These roles will lead end-to-end organisational change, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems, digital tools, and business processes.

About the Opportunity

As a Business Change Manager, you will develop and execute change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, uplift capability, and guide diverse teams through transformation. You will work closely with senior executives, delivery teams, and operational staff to ensure readiness, alignment, and measurable benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Lead communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and benefits realisation activities
  • Drive adoption of new systems, digital tools, and business processes across business units
  • Apply structured frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and capability uplift programs
  • Identify change risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and senior leadership to align change initiatives
  • Maintain change documentation and support organisational change practice uplift

Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end change management in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
  • Demonstrated success driving organisational adoption of new systems and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, workshop facilitation, and coaching capability
  • Experience working within Federal Government environments (highly regarded)
  • Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance)
