Are you passionate about driving organisational change and making a real impact? Indigeco is partnering with a leading national provider of seniors' living and care to recruit a Project Change Manager based in Canberra.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring change initiatives across a large project portfolio are well planned, adopted, and sustained. Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you'll deliver strategies that drive successful outcomes and embed lasting change.

What You Do

  • Develop and implement change project management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities across projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to identify and manage change impacts.
  • Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of change agility and continuous improvement.

What You Need

  • 5+ years' experience in change project management roles, ideally in complex project environments.
  • Knowledge of change project management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, training, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (Prosci or similar).
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is highly regarded.
