Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Enablement Manager to lead and coordinate change management activities across a multi-provider environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions, minimal service disruption, and alignment with SIAM governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB), CAB protocols and change approval hierarchies.
  • Oversee end-to-end change management workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate change requests and scheduling across providers to minimise service impact.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations.
  • Align ITSM processes with business objectives to deliver structured change frameworks.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery across highly secured and consulting environments.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and organizational change.
  • Strong background in Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models.
  • Expertise in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Public Sector consulting environments is highly preferable.
  • Pragmatic, user-focused approach to delivering sustainable and measurable change outcomes.
