About The Role:
As an
IT Organisational Change Manager,
You will collaborate closely with program managers, delivery teams, business units, and executives to drive readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation across multiple streams of work.

Initial 6-month contract + 3x 6-months extensions

Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check
  • Ability and willingness to obtain Baseline clearance
  • Selection Criteria Response

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose organisational change strategies and plans
  • Document current and future state process flows
  • Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness evaluations
  • Identify, engage and manage stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • Deliver targeted communication plans and change messaging
  • Develop and support delivery of training, capability uplift and user-adoption materials
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation and transition periods
  • Measure and report on change adoption, effectiveness and benefit realisation
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, including escalation processes
  • Mentor staff through coaching, knowledge sharing and job-shadowing
  • Integrate change management activities into broader program and project frameworks

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise change management strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, briefings and workshops
  • Demonstrated ability to identify change impacts and assess organisational readiness
  • Experience developing communications, training and support materials
  • Ability to embed change practices into program and project delivery
  • Familiarity with tools, frameworks and metrics used to measure adoption and outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
