About the role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to support the delivery of property services across Victoria. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder engagement and maintaining accurate records to support high-quality property services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new electorate offices and negotiate leases in line with established frameworks and standards.
• Manage electorate office relocations, refurbishments, and minor works projects from planning through to completion.
• Monitor and manage project issues, risks, and budgets, identifying and resolving delivery challenges.

About you

You are an experienced property or facilities professional with a strong track record in lease negotiation and project delivery. Known for your exceptional customer service, you thrive in dynamic environments where confidentiality, consistency, and clear communication are key.

• You bring a collaborative mindset, a flexible approach, and the ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
• You're confident in using digital tools to conduct property research, manage documentation, and prepare accurate, well-structured reports and correspondence.
