About the Role
As a Property Partner you will be responsible for managing a range of electorate office properties across Victoria. A dynamic role, you will manage the lease, property, and fit out projects as well as the sourcing and lease negotiation of new properties as required.
A true client facing role, you will conduct six monthly property inspections, liaise with, and provide expert advice to Members of Parliament, Electorate Officers, Parliamentary employees and service providers on property-related matters, with a focus on best client service.
The is a 12-month parental leave replacement opportunity.
About you
You are a property management professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a dynamic property or asset management environment.
With client management experience you are a strong communicator and consultant, you understand the importance of confidentiality and can deal with sensitive situations in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
You have experience negotiating and interpreting leases, undertaking investigations, and resolving property related matters and able to produce written reports and correspondence to a high standard. You are comfortable budgeting, tracking, and reporting on your portfolio financial expenditure.
