We're Arctic Blue — a creative, agile promotional products company based in south Sydney (Caringbah/Taren Point). We work with big-name clients to bring branded merchandise to life — from concept and quoting to sourcing, production, and delivery.

Right now, we're looking for a sharp, switched-on Production & Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings structure and energy to everything they do. You'll take ownership of production timelines, manage local and offshore workflows, and play a key role in keeping our team and operations running smoothly.

This role is hands-on. Fast-moving. Detail-heavy. And never boring.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing accurate, clear quotes that help us win jobs

  • Working with local and offshore suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and branding options

  • Managing orders from start to finish: approvals, production, freight, and delivery

  • Leading and supporting our offshore admin team, keeping projects aligned and on schedule

  • Helping keep internal systems, office processes, and marketing efforts running smoothly

  • Answering client and team queries and keeping everyone in the loop

  • Updating systems and generating reports so we know where everything's at

  • Spotting smarter ways to do things — and getting on with them

  • Pitching in wherever needed. We're a small team, and everyone rolls up their sleeves

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–3 years' experience in production, admin, buying or project support (bonus if you've worked with China-based suppliers or offshore teams)

  • Is super organised, thrives on variety, and doesn't drop the ball

  • Communicates clearly and confidently — both in writing and over the phone

  • Knows their way around CRMs or quoting tools (we use Salesforce)

  • Has experience in e-marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Canva) — or keen to learn

  • Stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly when things shift

  • Is proactive, independent, and solutions-focused

  • Has worked in promo, print, marketing, or product sourcing? Even better
