We help business owners scale to six and seven figures using proven systems, elite coaching, and world-class experiences.

Our ops team is the backbone of everything. And now, we're hiring a Senior Operations Assistant to work directly with our COO and leadership team to keep projects moving, systems humming, and events running like clockwork.


About the Role

This is not an entry-level assistant role. You'll be in the trenches of a high-performance business, owning operations across:

  • Project coordination – Help launch new initiatives, track tasks, and chase accountability

  • Event execution – Coordinate retreats, workshops, and internal team meetups

  • Process improvement – Spot inefficiencies, build SOPs, and implement new tools

  • Team support – Keep Slack, Notion, and ClickUp moving so the team can stay focused

  • Operations admin – Update dashboards, track metrics, and keep our back-end tidy

You'll report directly to our COO and work closely with the entire leadership team to execute on high-priority projects.


Who You Are

  • You've worked in fast-moving businesses and love making things work better

  • You're a natural organiser—structured, proactive, and never miss a beat

  • You have experience running or coordinating events (live and virtual)

  • You've used tools like Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, or Zapier—or can learn them fast

  • You think in systems, not just tasks. You don't wait for instructions—you build the solution

  • You can manage up, down, and across a team without dropping the ball

This role is perfect for someone who's been the ops glue in a startup, agency, coaching company, or high-growth business—and is now ready to step up.
