Join us at Our Lady Of Fatima Caringbah OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children

This permanent, Fulltime role offers 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

- 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

**_ About the role_**

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before
- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

✔️ A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
