Segafredo Zanetti Australia is seeking a receptionist/office all-rounder to join its dynamic & fun team at their Dudley Park office. This exciting permanent or casual position would include the following key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the relevant staff member
  • Calling clients for regular orders
  • Generating invoices
  • Arranging order dispatch & logistics
  • Assisting clients with account inquiries
  • Ordering of stocks & processing of PO's
  • General office duties

The successful candidate should have:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office & Gmail
  • Some knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • A friendly, team-orientated outlook
