Role Overview:
We are expanding in our fresh new location in the heart of Mawson Lakes and are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be apart of our growing team. The Receptionist & Administration Support Officer will be the face of the business and will be the anchor of our Property Management & Sales Team to ensure smooth operations within the overall business.
Key Responsibilities (including, but limited to):
- Front of house reception duties - incl. Greeting clients in office, answering phones, responding to emails/queries etc.
- Preparation of Tenancy agreements, sales contracts etc
- Advertising & Marketing incl. database management & social media
- General housekeeping duties
- Daily electronic Trust account receipting
- Streamlining operations by implementing and maintaining systems and procedures
What we would like from you:
- Administration Experience (preferable, but not essential)
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Organisational Skills
- Ability to Multi Task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone and communication skills
- Go getter mentality with ability to be proactive
- Ability to work under pressure when required
- Full Drivers Licence (Use of company vehicle when required)
- Current police check will be required by the successful applicant only.
Other applicant advantages:
- Possess previous real estate office experience
- Hold or willing to obtain Property Management Registration Licence
