About the Role

Gold Coast BMW is expanding our team and looking for an additional Automotive Sales Consultant. Depending on your background and fit, you could join our New Vehicle or Pre-Owned Vehicle department.

We're seeking someone who is driven, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about building a long-term career with a prestige brand. Automotive industry experience will be highly regarded, but it's not essential — if you bring proven success in a sales environment and the right attitude, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through the BMW purchase journey, delivering a true premium experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term loyalty
  • Develop deep product knowledge of the BMW range and confidently present key features and benefits
  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs with the backing of a supportive management team
  • Represent the BMW brand with professionalism in every customer interaction

What You'll Need

  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment (automotive preferred, but not essential)
  • A strong customer service mindset and the ability to connect with people
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated and proactive attitude with a hunger to achieve results
  • A current Australian driver's licence
