Are you an experience Sales Consultant or looking for your entry into the industry? Our Ipswich Cherry team are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Consultant or a Sales Trainee to join the well-established team.

With a passion for automotive, you will be known for providing an exceptional customer experience & achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. You are someone who is truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to continuous growth.

About this role:

  • Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care
  • Building relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Managing vehicle deliveries
  • Understanding and being responsive to customer's needs with a "nothing is a problem" attitude
  • Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new vehicle

Presenting yourself professionally 

Must haves:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet KPI's and targets
  • Ability to perform in high pressure environments
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
