**About the Role...**
- Conduct sales tours of the Fitness Centre
- Source leads from the community
- Undertake follow-ups for enquiries and leads
- Develop sales strategies and promotions with the Marketing team
- Actively source referrals at Point of Sales
- Meet and greet prospective members
- Actively promote sales promotions and other activities via social media
- Responsible for the sale and retention of the Fitness Centres products and services

**About You**

This opportunity would suit someone with a sales background and a keen interest working in the fitness industry. Possessing leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, you will promote the health and wellbeing of our members.

With your sales finesse, you will work towards achieving the agreed goals of Southport Sharks Health & Fitness and have the ability to build long-term relationships, and empower our members throughout their wellness journey

**To be successful in this role you would need the following**:

- Sales and retention experience ideally in the fitness industry
- Friendly personality, enjoys interacting with people and providing an excellent customer experience
- Goal orientated, the ability to work towards KPI targets
- Comfortable using social media to generate leads and market the fitness centre
