Are you a dynamic finance sales professional looking to join an industry-leading automotive dealership? Grand Motors Toyota is seeking a talented Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our current team in their Used Vehicle department located in Southport, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and customised finance and insurance solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers to understand their unique financial needs and recommend appropriate finance and insurance products
  • Processing finance and insurance applications promptly and accurately
  • Working with our financier and insurance providers to secure the best possible outcome for our customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our finance and insurance partners
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing experience
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Contributing to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive, finance or insurance industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A driven, results-oriented mindset and the tenacity to achieve targets
  • Familiarity with finance and insurance products and regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
