Job Description

Brisbane Refinish Supplies is a leading supplier in the automotive, light industrial, commercial vehicle, and aviation paint coatings market in Southeast Queensland. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on developing new business opportunities in Southside Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a regular call cycle with new customers within each territory.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by building strong business relationships.
  • Promotions: Support monthly sales promotions.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Submit daily call reports in the CRM system.
  • Industry Events: Participate in industry events as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or experience as an Automotive Dealership Sales Consultant.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable personal presentation, and an outgoing personality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills (training provided on specific systems).
  • Attributes: Willingness to learn, determination to succeed, and motivation by sales and financial rewards.
  • License: Must have a current driver's license.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly throughout Southside Brisbane and Toowoomba territories with occasional overnight stays.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in automotive coatings, paint supplies, or related automotive aftermarket preferred but not essential.
