Receptionist – 20–25 Hours per Week

Location: Pod Squared Podiatry, NORWOOD

Starting: January 2026

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). If you have experience using PracSuite or Cliniko, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping our podiatry practice running smoothly. Duties include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing check-ins
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting practitioners with daily admin tasks
  • General office duties to keep the workspace tidy and organised
Requirements
  • Previous administration or reception experience (health or allied-health preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration or reception experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PracSuite or Cliniko (essential)
  • Strong customer-service skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to 20–25 hours weekly
  • Australian work rights required
