**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Mange appointment schedules efficiently
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Collaborate with the physiotherapy team to ensure smooth operations
- Taking payments and invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, however training will be provided for those without
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Phone call professionalism

We are currently looking for someone to fill a part time role, with weekday work only. Hours may be up to 20hrs a week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- No weekends

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/11/2024
