**Multiple roles available including Full time, Part time and Casual.**

We understand the demands of today’s lifestyle and have focused on providing convenience to our patients in a relaxed atmosphere. Our Practice has the latest equipment and services to deliver quality family dentistry and flexible appointment times.

The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Flexibility is essential and rosters may include evenings and Saturdays as needed, as the practice is open extended hours to support patient needs.

Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Exceptional customer service ability and professional approach
- A confident, outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work
- Strong computer skills, Exact experience ideal or the ability to quickly upskill
- Full working rights for Australia, a current Working with Children Check Certificate and up to date COVID immunisation record
