About the role
We are seeking a part-time Psychology Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Synergy Psychology and Counselling in Norwood, SA. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is crucial in providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their entire visit. The successful candidate will play a key part in the smooth running of our administration operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Handling client inquiries and providing information about our services
- Assisting with the administrative tasks necessary to support our psychologists
- Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting reception area
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in allied health administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology
- A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to client care
