Dental Receptionist

Full Time role with hours as rostered across Monday - Saturday

Our well established, incredibly busy, fast paced and happy team in Norwood is seeking a full time Dental Receptionist to join our practice.

At SmileCo we understand the demands of today’s lifestyle and have focused on providing convenience to our patients in a relaxed atmosphere. Our Practice has the latest equipment and services to deliver quality family dentistry and flexible appointment times.

The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A confident, outgoing, friendly approach with excellent personal presentation
- An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend new software
- Full working rights for Australia, a current Working with Children Check Certificate and up to date COVID immunisation record
