About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring the smooth running of our front office.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment while still maintaining afternoons free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and mail handling
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Provide support with other miscellaneous office duties as required
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Any other duties as directed to support business operations
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
  • A current valid driver's license
