We are on a growth journey – now looking for our next star – a passionate Key Account Manager, to drive customer strategy and initiatives in Australia for our Mobile Cooling Solutions Business.
About the position
As Key Account Manager for our Mobile Cooling Solutions team, you will help drive growth for the Dometic and Igloo brands across strategic customer channels. You will lead sales activities, build strong relationships, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to elevate brand presence beyond the current Outdoor customer base. This role combines market insight, account leadership, and hands-on execution to support national sales objectives.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts:
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Ensure consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention across high-value accounts - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders:
Work closely with local and global teams to align account strategies with broader business goals - Drive brand expansion and market growth:
Identify opportunities to grow the Dometic and Igloo brands beyond the existing customer base. Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to increase visibility and engagement - Lead sales activities and account operations:
Oversee all sales processes within designated accounts, from forecasting to new product launches. Provide accurate reporting and contribute to monthly planning and strategy sessions - Conduct market and competitor analysis
: Stay informed on industry trends, use insights to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge. - Support national sales objectives:
Collaborate with the local Mobile Cooling Sales Team to achieve collective goals

A suitable background would be a
t least 5 years in B2B Sales or a Business development role – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving profitable growth
- Proven experience in retail customer relationship management, with a focus on driving engagement and loyalty
- Demonstrated success in B2B environments, with the ability to sell-in and support sell-through across diverse product portfolios
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising strategies, and current industry trends
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel nationally, a current Driver's License, and experience managing trade and consumer events

- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success
- Strong sense of accountability, with honest, ethical, and trustworthy conduct
