State Account Manager – Victoria Foodservice

Join the Tibaldi team as a State Account Manager for Victoria within our Foodservice channel based in Clayton Victoria in a full-time position. You won't be sitting in an office; you will be on the road driving growth with current customer base and looking for new business opportunities.

Your Story

Our State Account Manager – Victoria ensures that our existing customer relationships are maintained, and new business development activities are proactively undertaken to offer both our new and existing customers an exceptional customer experience.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

As a State Account Manager – Victoria you will be part of a National Foodservice Channel team, based in Clayton, Victoria and you will be involved in:

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and Grow 35-50 Distributors across Victoria

· Formulate and Implement strategic account plans for top 15 Victorian accounts.

· Significant focus on grow top 5 Tibaldi products – representing these products to current and potential customers

· Monitor customer sales order progress and ensure that the team and customers are kept fully informed regarding any supply & transport issues. With assistance from Customer Care team.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that any customer complaints, debtor or other issues are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.

· Product Knowledge essential with internal training provided.

· Liaise and provide feedback regarding Market activity.

· Create & analyse sales reports where required.

· Field new enquiries and customer feedback.

· Provide pricing to customers where required within agreed parameters.

· Investigate price discrepancies and take appropriate remedial action. (Credits)

· Conduct quarterly business reviews with top 15 accounts.

· Launch NPD products

· Demonstrate excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Your Story:

  • Experience in sales related role within the foodservice industry
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry is required
  • Any B2B sales experience is acceptable for this foodservice role
  • Experience with food manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing business.
