What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the long-term, profitable growth of Cabot's within Bunnings—Australia's leading retail partner for woodcare. As a National Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Cabot's Channel Business Manager, the Retail Customer Partner, and a wide network of stakeholders across Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, and the Cabot's Leadership Team. You'll take ownership of developing and executing strategic category initiatives, driving sales and market share growth, and managing the end-to-end financial planning cycle.

A key part of your role will be fostering strong relationships with the Bunnings Buying Team and associated departments to deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. You will also play a vital role in supporting and guiding our Field Sales, Retail Select, and Brand Ambassador teams to strengthen in-store advocacy and execution. What We're Looking for:

  • Business degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Finance (preferred)
  • Understanding of the Bunnings environment and systems (preferred)
  • Experience in a commercial environment with strong understanding of retail concepts and financial drivers
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Account management and sales expertise, ideally within retail
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into clear actions
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in brand or category marketing (desirable)
