The Organisation:

We specialise in Underground Service Locating and have been working in the construction industry for 15+ years. Currently growing at a rapid rate, this role has been created due to an internal promotion.

The Role & Responsibilities:

This is a flexible full time role, that can be worked over a four or five day period (Monday to Friday) with flexible start and finish times. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and directors assisting with day to day administrative duties, these include but are not limited to:

  • Answering general enquiries from clients via phone and email.
  • Assisting with scanning reports and bookings.
  • Creating sales invoices for the business.
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Debtor management.
  • Implementing new policies or procedures.
  • Processing accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with the accounting software Xero (favourable)
  • Previous experience in invoicing and accounts (favourable)
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads.
  • A friendly and personable manner.
  • Positive, can do attitude
