About the role

Autobarn Dubbo is seeking a dedicated Weekend Sales Manager to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in our vibrant store located in the heart of Dubbo. As the Weekend Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during the busy weekend trading hours.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store and manage the sales team during weekend shifts
  2. Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to sales associates to ensure exceptional customer experience
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed weekend sales targets
  4. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, product knowledge and merchandising
  6. Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
  7. Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the sales team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail sales management role, preferably in the automotive or hardware industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve strong results
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide product expertise
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in using retail management software and data analytics
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work weekends and public holidays as required
  7. Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
