We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to represent Heiniger across your region. This is a hands-on role where you'll build strong customer relationships, showcase market-leading products, and drive growth through exceptional service, product demonstrations, and sales support.

What you'll do:
  • Manage sales and business development in your territory, identifying new opportunities for Heiniger products and services.
  • Build trusted relationships with retailers, end-users, and industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate products in-field and in-store, providing training and support to customers.
  • Attend field days, trade shows, and industry events to promote Heiniger.
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and technical field teams to share insights and contribute to product development.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales records through our CRM system.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven sales, business development, or customer service experience (agriculture or related industry background an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and open to new challenges.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your territory.
