About Us

National Hardware Vendor Services (NHVS) is a long-established and well-respected company representing a wide range of market-leading products in Bunnings stores across Australia. We specialise in professional in-store sales and merchandising support, delivering high standards and strong supplier partnerships.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sales & Merchandising Representative to join our in-store team, servicing the Bunnings store in Dubbo.

This is a casual position working 10–12 hours per week, across Monday to Thursday. The schedule follows regular daytime hours and offers consistency during the week — without weekend or evening work.

Note: There may be occasional opportunities to pick up additional hours by servicing the Bunnings Orange store. This would typically involve a single 9-hour day, as needed, to help cover the store. If you're open to supporting the wider area, a kilometre allowance will be provided for travel.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Visiting the Bunnings Dubbo store on a regular call cycle
  • Ensuring products are merchandised and maintained to meet display standards and stock availability
  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships with Bunnings Team Members
  • Assisting Bunnings Team Members with product knowledge and display priorities
  • Ensuring all merchandising tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales and merchandising (essential)
  • Experience within Bunnings is highly regarded
  • A friendly, confident, and professional approach
  • High level of reliability and strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A current driver's licence and your own smartphone
