What you'll be doing:

  • Help customers find the right tools and solutions
  • Process sales and customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • As a senior team member step up in the absence of store or assistant store manager
  • Manage complex duties or issues beyond the scope of junior staff
  • Share your knowledge to build trust and repeat business
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring other team as needed
  • Keep our store looking sharp, stocked, and customer-ready
  • Support your team to deliver an unbeatable customer experience

What you bring:

  • Retail or trade background (or both)
  • Real passion for tools and the trade industry
  • Energetic, reliable, and a true team player
  • Strong customer focus and great communication skills
  • Confident with computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Flexible availability — weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
