Job Description
Play a critical role in the day-to-day operations across the Petstock Group websites. This person will be tasked with maintaining key elements of the online consumer journey, including product and category management, promotions, and all on-site content
A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Specialist to execute content strategy, implement new content, maintain the product catalogue, and ensure information accuracy.
- Optimizing onsite user experience with a range of online tools.
- Oversee the day to day management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines and user experience.
- Maintaining and updating the website front end including banners, copy, blogs, products and general content updates.
- Support Digital & eCommerce projects as required.
- Troubleshooting systems and solving website related errors.
- Promptly action internal task tickets or support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
- Proficiently in using Microsoft Office 365
- Strong technical ability, including troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in grammar, punctuation, and style, ensuring high-quality, error-free content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities or brand voice requirements
- Collaborates effectively with other team members, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to produce cohesive and impactful content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Content Management System experience (Shopify preferred)
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI technologies for natural language processing and conversation generation.
- Basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles
