**About the Role**

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, Digital & Customer experience, the eCommerce Manager is a key player in the business. This role will drive and assist with the rollout of exciting strategic initiatives to enhance the online customer experience and improve last mile outcomes - all with a strategic intent to drive revenue growth online, both here in Australia and further abroad. The role will work cross functionally with other departments, fielding insight from other departments and working with external stakeholders to gather insights and create recommendations for new and exciting projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing the digital strategy with the Head of Marketing, Digital & Customer Experience.
- Driving and delivering eCommerce sales growth across Australia and New Zealand to achieve budgeted targets.
- Executing strategies and initiatives to drive eCommerce sales, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Ensuring expert management of shop fronts, including site quality assurance and maintenance.
- Playing a lead role in all project management initiatives relating to website development and design.
- Playing a lead role in the effective management of all agencies, alongside the Head of Marketing, Digital & Customer Experience.
- Analysing, reporting on and providing insights relating to site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools.
- Supporting the development and execution of the marketing strategy and its digital calendar including SEO, SEM, Digital Advertising and Social.
- Liaising with the merchandise team to track and adjust stock positions, stock arrivals and delays.
- Managing and mentoring a small team to ensure they’re motivated and engaged.

This role is for a self-starter and problem solver who loves crashing through challenges and finding solutions to improve the online journey. Critical to the success of the role will be your ability to proactively and effectively project manage, complete digital tasks and strategically problem solve to deliver on the eCommerce strategies and initiatives. This business-critical position presents an outstanding opportunity for a detail oriented, strong communicator who is process-driven, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and is ready to roll up their sleeves and do what is required to ensure our customers have best in class digital experiences.
**Ideally you'll also have**:
- 5+ years experience in an eCommerce role, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Shopify Plus experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work quickly and effectively.
- Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results with demonstrated understanding of COG’s and margin performance management.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and levers to drive growth.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the CX function and its role on eCommerce performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way.
- Ability to draw insights, make recommendations and implement changes to the online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value etc.
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, project management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to quickly raise and resolve unexpected issues that may cause delays.
- Energy and vigour that motivates and inspires others.
