**The Role**:
MUJI Australia are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an eCommerce Administrator, reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the back-end operations of the eCommerce department, including product data, inventory management and liaison with relevant stakeholders.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage and accurately display all product listings on the eCommerce platform
- Monitor product range, inventory levels and online fulfilment operations
- Optimise product descriptions to increase sales
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide engaging copy on product listings
- Liaise with 3PL warehouse to resolve any EC order fulfilment issues on a daily basis
- Reporting as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree in marketing management, business, eCommerce, information systems, or similar
- Experience in retail operations/marketplace in Australia and eCommerce operational platforms (Shopify)
- Experience in eCommerce order fulfilment platforms (ShipStation, Shippit knowledge is desirable)
- Strong technical skills: intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
- Good knowledge in eCommerce system architecture and technical solutions is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience in business research and analysis
- Strong commercial focus to assist with achieving sales
- Ability to aggregate data to report on top selling items
- Ability to draw insights, make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, and average order value
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics, analytics data, Shopify or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, planning & organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
