This person will be responsible for maintaining key elements of the online consumer journey, including product and category management, promotions, and all on-site content.A Peek Into Your Petstock DayCollaborate with the eCommerce Specialist to execute content strategy, implement new content, maintain the product catalogue, and ensure information accuracy.Optimize onsite user experience with a range of online tools.Oversee the management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.Maintain and update website front end including banners, copy, blogs, products, and general content.Support digital and eCommerce projects as required.Troubleshoot systems and resolve website-related errors.Address internal and support tickets promptly, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.Do you have the below experience and want to advance your career?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and adaptability to new software and systemsAttention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style for high-quality contentAbility to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritiesEffective collaboration with designers, marketers, and product managersStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with Content Management Systems (Shopify preferred)Familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPTBasic understanding of SEO principlesIf this opportunity excites you (even if you don't meet 100% of the criteria), please apply
