**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists within our Ecommerce Team Reporting to the Ecommerce Specialist, you will:

- Manage and monitor end to end lifecycle of online products from creation to launch online for all our brands, including updates when required.
- Manage the online weekly flow plan to ensure all new products are photographed, uploaded, and published in line with planned release week across all online channels.
- Write and/or edit copy for product descriptions for all brands across all online channels.
- Manage scheduling of promotional activities on all online channels and perform daily checks to ensure pricing and data is accurate across all channels.
- Review website presentation daily to ensure correct categorisation, images, copy, pricing, and promotional offers are displaying.
- Ensure the department head is aware of any technical issue experienced in any of our online trading channels, providing detailed information on problems in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our Ecommerce Specialist, marketplace teams and warehouse teams to ensure all order are flowing and dispatched in the expected timeframe.
- Plan and coordinate ecommerce product photoshoots (product samples, creative brief in collaboration with merchandise and ecommerce team).

**The Requirements**
You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic retail online merchandiser who is driven to achieve results and contribute to the ongoing success of Nine West and Dune London. As well as this, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Exposer to the duties above either through employment, internships or university.
- Experience within a retail environment.
- Self-motivated, great attention to detail and time management.
- A positive can-do attitude.
