Customer Service Representative

Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-time

Salary up to $100k + Super

We're looking for a driven Customer Service Specialist to support customers and partners across the full loan lifecycle — from application to collections. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and merchants, ensuring seamless service delivery while helping improve processes in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding support across applications, settlements, and post-loan queries
  • Manage escalations via email, phone, and CRM platforms, ensuring timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to enhance customer outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer finance regulations and compliance frameworks

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years' experience in customer service, operations, or support roles (financial services/fintech preferred)
  • Strong understanding of credit product lifecycles (loans, payments, insurance)
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to handle both customer complaints and executive-level conversations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and help desk tools
  • Knowledge of compliance obligations within financial services (NCCP, ASIC RG209, IDR/EDR)
